Infinite Paragon and Renegade points cheats for Mass Effect 2 Home PC Mass Effect 2. The Illusive Man is the mysterious leader and benefactor for the group known as Cerberus. He brings Commander Shepard back from a braindead state in Mass Effect 2 and gives him unlimited funding.

This is Mass Effect March! In honor of the release of Mass Effect 3, this entire month is devoted to digging into this epic trilogy. We'll explore the different races, themes, and some major story arcs. At the end of the month we'll cap things off with a week of posts on Mass Effect 3 to see how everything is resolved (or not). Today we're looking at Commander Shepard's death and return at the beginning of Mass Effect 2.

Commander Shepard is dramatically killed off in the opening cinematic of Mass Effect 2 and, in what some may consider a cheesy excuse to let players rewrite their characters, he is resurrected by Cerberus and the Illusive Man. The science behind such an endeavor can hardly be conceived, it took them two years to get it right. They definitely didn't have it as easy as those guys in Fifth Element. But like LeeLoo, Commander Shepard was brought back to life for a specific purpose- the Illusive Man thought that his hero status from the events of the first game was the only thing capable of saving the universe.

The endeavor to bring back Commander Shepard was called The Lazarus Project. This is an obvious choice since it is fairly common knowledge that the name 'Lazarus' is synonymous with returning from death. But what about the real story of Lazarus?

The story comes from John 11. Jesus hears that his friend Lazarus is ill and near death in a different town. Before he got to him, Lazarus passed away and was given the typical burial of the time- wrapped in bandages and sealed in a cave. So by the time Jesus showed up, Lazarus was not mostly dead, but all dead, where the only thing you could do is go through his pockets and look for loose change.

Jesus knew Lazarus was dead before they left to go see him, but he said a curious thing to those with him, 'Lazarus has died, and for your sake I am glad that I was not there, so that you may believe.' Those who had been hanging around Jesus had seen him cure various illnesses and so they were sure that if Jesus had only gotten there before Lazarus died, then everything would be fine. But Jesus knew that they were vastly underestimating him, and this situation could be used to remedy that.

The story of Lazarus being raised from death is not really about Lazarus. All he did was get sick and die. This story is really about the power of God. Jesus allowed the situation to play out like it did so that people would see firsthand that Jesus, as God, has power even over death itself.

Lazarus came walking out of his tomb all stinky and wrapped up and was most likely not the most pleasant sight and smell. But his resurrection served an important purpose- to display the glory and power of God. In the same way, Commander Shepard's resurrection was brought about for a purpose. He was immediately sent on a mission by the one who brought him back.

Romans 6:4-5 describes how Jesus allows us to take part in the resurrection he provides so that we can have a new life. Like Lazarus, our new life serves a purpose in that we are to be living examples of how God can put our sin to death and bring us back as new people.

Questions:

How has God made you new?

What purpose might God have for making you a new person?

We'll continue to focus on Mass Effect 2 by looking at the Council and their perspective on things. Nintendo wad files.

  • Prequel bonuses

Have a saved game file from the original Mass Effect on your hard drive, and use that profile in Mass Effect 2 to get the following bonuses: experience points based on your previous level; resources for weapon and armor upgrades; and Paragon and Renegade points (including a bonus if you have the maximum amount of either Paragon or Renegade points).
  • Rapid fire M-920 Cain

Fire the M-920 Cain and keep [Fire] held while pressing [Reload] after each shot. The shots will keep firing during the previous shots' explosions.
  • Recruiting Tali: Sunlight exposure

While recruiting Tali on Haestrom, direct sunlight will damage you and your squad's shields and Biotic barriers. Because Grunt uses armor, he is unaffected by the sunlight and does not suffer weakened defenses while directly exposed.
  • Rich planets

To find easy mining planets, go to the Micah system in the Vallhallan Threshold. Look for the three planets hidden in the asteroids. They are all 'Rich' planets with a lot of materials to help with upgrades.
  • Yeoman Kelly Chambers: Romance

Talk with Yeoman Kelly Chambers often and select the kind responses. Invite her to dinner when you get that option. Do not let Kelly die during the final mission and select a loyal escort for the crew in the final scene. After completing the game, talk to Kelly. You will get an email from her. Go to your quarters and invite her up using your console.
